Speaker Guidelines
  • Abstracts should be submitted as per the template provided in the abstract submission page according to the deadlines
  • The Organizing committee develops the scientific program for the meeting, which contains both invited and contributed talks/papers. The committee      selects the papers from the quality submitted abstracts that fit with the theme of the meeting.
  • All presenters are required to register and pay the appropriate registration fee to present and attend the meeting.
  • Failure to register for the meeting will result in withdrawal of your abstract from the official meeting program and from database.
  • Please be informed that there may be slight changes in the program for any reason. So please be available in the meeting room from conference      start time on the day of your presentation.
  • Each speaker will have 20-25 minutes for presentation. Please plan your talk for 16-18 minutes for the introduction and questions. In order to stay in      track of time, please ensure that you start and end your presentation on the time that is indicated in the schedule.
  • The working language of the conference is English.
  • Presentation should be submitted in PDF or PPT Format. Be sure your visuals are clear and very legible.
  • Submit your presentation slides 15 days before the conference and also bring a copy with you on flash drive or storage device to the event.
  • Please check and make sure that your presentations are working properly before the session starts.
  • The meeting room is equipped with digital projector, screen, laptop, pointer, cordless mike, desktop mike, basic sound system.
  • Taking the timelines and technical set up into consideration, using personal laptops are not recommended unless under unavoidable conditions.
  • Abstract submission guidelines
  • Research work should contain originality & quality and the abstract should be no more than 500 words in total, and also all the co-authors should be      included.
  • While submitting the abstract, In the authors section please underline the presenting author.
  • The use of figures, graphs and schemes is recommended where this aids the understanding of the text. Please note that abstracts will usually be      printed in black and white, so images / figures should be selected carefully. These can be uploaded during submission.
