Poster Guidelines

Phronesis Conferences includes poster presentations where all the Confirmed registrants for the poster session will be presented at the confined place in the conference hall. Phronesis Conferences aims in setting a platform for all the budding scientists and researchers to present their real-time work and share their views and aspects related to the theme of the conference.

Poster Session:
  • Authors must mount their poster during the one hour before the scheduled session start.
  • Poster numbers supplied by Phronesis will be at the upper corner of each poster board. This number corresponds with the number assigned to each poster in the technical program.
  • Pushpins will be available at the poster session.
  • Authors must remain with their posters for the duration of their scheduled session, as indicated in the technical program.
  • All posters must remain up until the session ends; they must be removed within one hour. 
  • Poster Size:
  • Each poster should be approximately 1x1 M long.
  • The title, contents and the author’s information should be clearly visible from a distance of 1-2 feet.
  • Content:
  • Use fonts such as Arial/Times New Roman in a reasonable font size that should be easy to read. The spacing between the lines should also be taken into consideration.
  • A very simple format should be used representing all the details about the research carried by the author. Long narrated paragraphs should be avoided.
  • Best Poster Award Nomination Guidelines:
  • Originality and quality of the representation
  • Technical/Scientific strength
  • Novelty of the work
  • A maximum of 3 best posters will be awarded
  • The poster must be prepared and presented by the student
  • The student must register for the conference (as student registration)
