Accessing the website: Accessing the website is permitted to all the readers; it is an Open Access platform. Phronesis is NOT responsible for any content of the advertiser’s website posted in a web page. Phronesis deserves the right to revise/update the changes from time to time as required and applicable in the Website, which needs to be accepted by all the authors/readers. Without the prior authorization of Phronesis, you may use/ distribute the articles/ cite the articles under the Terms of Open Access but NOT for commercial purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights: Phronesis is the sole licensee of Intellectual Property Rights in the Website and the material (articles/manuscripts) published on it. One CANNOT use the information in the website for the commercial purpose and DOES NOT has any rights to distribute or disseminate any part of the material on the Website without our prior permission from Phronesis LLC. One DOES NOT have any right to use the Phronesis published material to translate or distribute for commercial purposes without the prior permission/ license from Phronesis. If this is observed Phronesis will take a legal action against these kind of activities under the Jurisdiction of federal court system of United States.

Use of Personnel Information: Phronesis abides to the following points to maintain the privacy of the information available-
a) Phronesis collects and use personnel information to encourage dissemination, efficacy and productivity of the research.
b) Phronesis plays a fair play in giving the editorial decisions, and journal’s development. Phronesis DOES NOT show any differences for the articles submitted under waiver’s policy.
c) Phronesis will never share the personnel information to other parties without the prior permission from the author as well as from the Editor-in-Chief.
d) Phronesis maintains transparency for while collecting the information and will also abide to one’s own particular decision or timings. Phronesis will NEVER encourage the personal disputes (if any). It always maintains its transparency with its editor’s, reviewers and authors without any partiality, which in turn benefits authors, readers, reviewers and editors for its fair play.
e) Phronesis assure that it will NOT share any personnel information related to payment information, such as a credit or debit card number; address; personal information and any other information that reveals your identity such as device information, anonymous usage data and aggregated information, for any purpose, except where we are restricted by LAW.
Standards and Ethics: The publication of an article in an ethical way directly reflects the quality work of the author/their group and their institutions that supports them. The quality publication of an article in an open access journal is a coherent development in the community of scientific knowledge. Peer review process exemplifies and supports the scientific method of Open Access publishing. Therefore, Publication Ethics is a very important tool for an author who resembles in the scientific community.
Viruses, Hacking and other Offenses: The readers MUST NOT misuse the website by introducing viruses and other malicious materials or technologically harmful or designed to adversely affect the operation of the Website or of any computer software or hardware. DO NOT try to do unauthorized attempts to hack our website, Phronesis will take serious actions against these kinds of acts and will subject this to Court of LAW under the section criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Phronesis is NOT LIABLE for the attack of viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Links from other sites: Phronesis might contain the resources or information about other sites, for which it is NOT LIABLE for those third party sites and will NOT have any control over the content of such sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Jurisdiction and applicable law: If any one breaches these Terms and Conditions or Policies or Ethics of Publishing, that are unethical/ any misuse, then Phronesis has the right to claim against these activities to the Federal court system of United States.
Revising Terms and Conditions: Phronesis has the right to revise/ update the terms and conditions based on any issues/ problems faced by the readers and its users. So, all the readers and users of Phronesis have to accept and abide to these Terms and Conditions.
Copyrights: Publishing rights are required to disseminate the articles published in Phronesis LLC, which can be done by making an agreement between the author and the publisher. This agreement clearly states that the transfer of rights from author to Phronesis and authors retain significant rights to use and share their own published articles. Authors and Phronesis will have an agreement where authors will have copyrights but license rights of their article/s are attributed to Phronesis.
Permissions: These might differ based on the different situations, which includes- If an author submits his/her article having a material/content from another publication in any article, it is sole responsibility of the author to obtain permission to use material/content. He/ She MUST submit the written permission from author/ publisher of the original material along with the article. If you have modified a figure from a previously published figure, please check with the copyright owners to see whether permission is required and include a complete citation/reference for the original article.
Refund Policy: Phronesis will not offer any refunds once articles have been published/ withdrawn/ retracted.
